Advice to freshmeat: Practice really helps! The more you skate, the more you learn.
Favorite moment: Too many to name! I’ve learned so many cool tricks from my leaguemates, teammates, friends, and from world-famous skaters at RollerCon. I think my favorite thing about roller derby is that everyone is so nice and welcoming and willing to share their knowledge so that everyone can get better and have fun.
