What inspired you to start participating in roller derby? Malaria/D’luca and the Cogs…saw them, (specifically Malaria and and her foot tall pink mohawk) at the Ski to Sea parade and thought they were the coolest chicks ever. I also was looking for a new sport after playing rugby for 9 years and needed another full contact sport. Derby was definitely it.

Advice to freshmeat:It’s worth it.

Favorite moment: Getting lead jammer and amping up the crowd. Also insane blocking skills during the semi finals several years ago during Cogs v TL during the final jam for the win.
